Overview: vPOP is a sentiment-driven prediction experience that turns collective opinion into a market you can actually play with. Instead of guessing objective outcomes, users try to predict where the crowd average will land whether rating a celebrity, choosing between two icons, or estimating probabilities on trending topics. Through a playful, high-contrast interface and a simple commit-reveal flow, vPOP transforms abstract math into an intuitive, almost game-like interaction. Users place a bet, the market calculates a weighted consensus, and the closest percentile wins the pot. My role focused on designing the full user journey onboarding, rating screens, versus markets, consensus visualization, payout states, and data-heavy market dashboards while keeping everything clear, fast, and fun. The result is a uniquely social market experience that blends prediction mechanics, crowd psychology, and clean UX into something instantly understandable and addictive.
Branding: I created the vPOP brand from the ground up, developing its color system, typography, and visual identity to capture the energy of collective sentiment and real-time crowd interaction.
Userflow: I designed the user flow to make vPOP instantly understandable guiding users through placing a bet, revealing the consensus, and seeing outcomes with as little friction as possible. Every step is focused on clarity, pacing, and making a new market mechanic feel natural and intuitive.
The video focuses on clarity and ease of use, showing how the interface guides users through each step without friction, making the mechanics of consensus-based betting feel intuitive and familiar.
Showcasing total bets placed, pot sizes generated, and capital raised during the prototype phase. It gives a quick snapshot of growth, engagement, and the momentum behind the platform.
